All in stock orders are shipped out in 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday not including holidays that fall on a weekday). In the event that items for your order are out of stock but are on their way to us, we will reach out to you via phone call or email to let you now there is a delay in shipping but your order will ship out as soon as we receive the item(s). A tracking number will be automatically emailed to the email address you provided at checkout or you can log into our site (if you have created an account) and click on orders for your order information to be displayed for you. In the event the item(s) will not arrive to us within 5 business days we will either refund your order in full immediately or reach out to you via phone or email to see how you would like us to handle your order.
We only ship to the billing address of the card used at checkout. The billing address is the address that your statement is mailed to or is displayed on your statement if you have paperless billing. We will NOT ship to a different address for any reason other than to a military APO box. For military APO addresses please leave the correct address in the comment field at checkout and we will adjust accordingly before shipping. For those who reside at an address different than the billing address we suggest mail forwarding through the post office. Mail forwarding through the post office will only forward mail being delivered via the post office NOT UPS. We will ship your order by whichever method you select at checkout.
For those that use a PO Box as a billing address and are shipping via UPS you will receive a post card from UPS with information pertaining to when and where you can pick up your package. You can also call UPS directly as soon as you have a tracking number to reroute your package.
We are located in Waterbury, Connecticut (North East USA) so we experience many weather patterns. We try to not close unless we have to but in case of a business closure (winter storm, hurricane etc) all orders will be delayed 1 business day. Each carrier (UPS and USPS) may have their own delays throughout the country due to weather issues (flood, tornadoes, hurricanes, snow/ice storms) and will be stated on their order tracking pages.
All orders are processed & shipped in the order they are received.
All orders that used a free shipping code will be sent via the cheapest shipping method with USPS or UPS unless specifically stated otherwise on the promotions page. A tracking number will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout.
All orders are shipped in plain white mailers, plain brown boxes with only the shipping label and fragile sticker (if necessary), or USPS provided boxes. All labels will show the shipper as Slightly Burnt Out. The contents and value of your order will NOT be displayed anywhere on the label or the box. Your receipt with the items in the order and the value will be included on the inside of the box along with your merchandise.
In the event you haven’t received your package please call us at 203-437-8372 or email us at [email protected] We will need the name the order was placed under and for you to confirm the billing address. We will check the tracking and if the tracking hasn’t been updated in two business days we will contact the carrier (UPS or USPS) to open an investigation. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages/merchandise once it is picked up by the carrier (UPS or USPS) from us. We will keep you updated via email or phone call with the status of your package.
The price of shipping for your order is calculated on basis of the weight and size of the package used to ship your order. All shipping options and prices will be displayed at checkout. We will ship your order the way you select on this page. Our website is connected directly with UPS and USPS for the current rates. We have no control over the prices and do not profit from any shipping method. If the shipping comes to less than the expected amount we will notify you via email and issue a refund for the difference. We do not charge a handling fee for any order.
All orders placed will arrive well-protected and padded as needed. Our staff is trained to handle all products with the best care possible, especially glassware will be double checked and given extra protection with bubble-wrap before going out for final delivery. All fragile packages will be shipped with red fragile stickers on the outside of the package.
Because of our attention to privacy, your discretion is guaranteed. We understand our clients privacy concerns.
All unwanted item(s) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the order as long as the item is in the original condition, has not been used and is in the original package. To return or exchange an item first contact us for authorization prior to shipping the item(s) to us. When we receive the merchandise we will inspect it for damage and use. If the item(s) meets our guidelines we will issue a full refund for the merchandise. We will not issue a refund for any shipping charges. If the item(s) does not meet our guidelines for a return then the customer is responsible for paying the shipping to return the item(s) back to the customer within 7 business days. If the customer doesn’t pay to return the item(s) back to them we will dispose of the merchandise with no refund being issued. The merchandise is the customer responsibility until we receive it. Packages that are returned to us because we shipped to the wrong address (due to our error) will be re-shipped at no additional expense of the customer. Packages that are returned to us because the address entered by the customer was wrong are not eligible for a return & will be re-shipped at the customers expense to the correct address provided by the customer.
